Because industrial bond is used to fix hair of existing cosmetics brushes, harmful substances of the bond caused environmental contamination and bad influence on human bodies. However, the PBT Nylon hot welding machine developed by Dooil is a technology which melts PBT Nylon itself by heat to make a desired shape of brush, thus, it is not harmful to human bodies and can be applicable to production of brushes for special use(medicine, food, etc) when the bond cannot be used.

Our technology had been developed by the effort of 8 years from the development of manual machine on October, 1997 to November, 2003, and the company did everything from designing to producing the machine. It became possible to produce regular quality of brushes in large quantity as we have various technologies regarding PBT Nylon hot welding brush production and automatic facility.
